DEL MAR
Providing techniques from yesterday , today and tomorrow. For the majority of his life Del Mar was raised in Whittier and the surrounding neighborhoods. Although he’s young his haircuts look as classic as they did back in the 40’s & 50’s. Del Mar specializes in Flattops, Slick backs, Side parts, Pompadours & the house special the “Uptown Faper”. Outside of the shop you can find him grabbing a drink at local watering holes or getting dusty looking for records.
ANTHONY
Anthony or “Squints” as he is better known is the newest addition to the uptown tribe. Hailing from the depths of West Covina, Squints has been barbering for 5 years and rocking and rolling for 23. He is known, around the shop, for giving the best skin fade this side of the Santa Ana River.
Dré
Dré Perales veteran barber of 10 years and Tip Top founder. Dré spends most of his time behind the scenes developing Tip Top products once and a while you can catch him at the shop. He loves being behind the chair and catching up with clients.
Joey
Joey C. Is a barber who brings old school sensibilities to modern times. Coming from a Lineage of barbers, barbering runs in his blood. Away from barbering he’s a family man who’s loves Harley’s, comics, movies, drinking beer and raisin’ hell.
Luis
Rock n’roll connoisseur, classic barbering aficionado, vintage lover, record collector, father, husband and friend to all.

Megan
Megan McCauley is a California native who has passion for artistic expression. She is a highly skilled stylist who specializes in hair styles with a modern twist. Her career in hair styling is inspired by her artistic nature and her personal desire for creative endeavors. She has traveled world wide, working and educating herself at barbershops in Ireland, Scotland, and Hong Kong. Her versatility allows her to work with any hair type, and she can craft any look from edgy to classic. Her goal is to continue growing in both knowledge and experience, while mastering the artistry of various styles and motif’s.
JAVI
Javi Torres is the newest addition to the Tip Top Family. However, his attention to detail and attentiveness further prove is craft is TIp Top.
Mario
Mario has been with Tip Top for over five years, he is our Blvd location shop manager. He is very knowledgeable with all types of pomades. He enjoys doing all types of cuts and is handy with the razor! Wether it be a skin fade or a side part he can do it all! In his free time he likes to hangout with his kids , watch sports and get tattooed!
DENISE
Licensed barber for 9 years, Vegan, Dog and plant mom, I love skin fades.
Free time: Horror slasher films, any thing crime and investigation related, plants, Museums, Art, books, exploring and getting Tattooed.
